Like any outdoor festival space, this park has its upsides and downsides. Parking is easier here than most due to the nearby government parking garages that are empty and free on weekends. You have to come expecting to use portable bathrooms and ready to sit out in the constant Texas heat. The location is great and easy to get to. I have enjoyed many fun days at Waterloo Park.
