Rolf & Beate Sieker are bluegrass music artists from Berlin, Germany now living near Austin, Texas. They met on a bluegrass festival in Northern Germany in 1983 and have been playing music together since. They played many concerts in Germany, toured through European countries, appeared on tv- and radio shows and recorded five albums, two in Nashville, Tennessee and three in Berlin, Germany. In 1997 they received the keys to the city of Bryan/College Station, Texas. Their deep love for bluegrass music made them move to the US in 2000. Texas now is their home. They are part of the vibrant Austin music scene.
