Once the heart of summer hits, it gets harder and harder for me to recommend outdoor shows, especially those where you can't sit and sprawl out on a blanket with a picnic. However, the few times that I went to the KVET shows at Hill's Cafe, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the show.

Come early for some homestyle cookin' and wear comfortable shoes to endure the long, hot night of standing. You will be able to enjoy some of Austin's local country talent for free.

Hill's Cafe
I have only been to Hill's Cafe for the KVET Music Series. The music series brings great Texas music to Austin. Definitely worth checking out. Come early for food and stay for a great free show. (1) vote | Was this any good? yes / no | leave a comment |
