The Cactus Cafe is a small venue, but it gets some very big names. I have only seen local shows here, but I have never been disappointed.
Because it is on the UT campus, parking is very difficult. Fortunately, there are a few busses that go right by. In the past, I have always taken the #1. $0.50 for a ride to a great concert can't be beat.

When artists outgrow the comfy confines of the Cactus, we'll often move these artists to larger venues in the building such as the Texas Union Theatre (375 seats) or the Texas Union Ballroom (1200 seats). So watch for those shows too!
